cancellation policy

Cancellation of services must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid losing your $50 deposit. If you no-show without prior notification you will be charged an additional $25 fee. If you are booking an appt that does not require a deposit (under $100) and you cancel after the 24 hour time frame you will be invoiced 50% of your booked service total. All invoices must be paid before booking a new appointment. There will be no exceptions, thank you for understanding, I appreciate your business!
